Key West, the Lower, Middle and Upper Keys, Florida Bay and the backcountry. Today's fishing report, plus live tides, wind and weather for all 8 towns on this stretch.
Northeast wind at 20 to 25 is blowing through the Lower Keys, and the cooler air is starting to change things. Bait is getting pushed into the backcountry basins with predators right behind it. Look for muddy water or diving birds, drift the mud slicks and throw bucktail jigs: low and slow for trout, faster near the top for jacks.
Shout-outs: Key West backcountry, Big Pine Key, Marathon, Islamorada, Tavernier, Key Largo, Florida Bay, Key West, Stock Island, Key Colony Beach
