Only what you type in: your name, email, phone and trip details when you book, request a trip or sign up for emails. Guides who join give us their business details. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Stripe handles all payments. Stripe collects your card details. We get a payment confirmation with your name, email and the amount.
To set up your trip, match you with a guide, and send emails you asked for. We share your name, phone, email and trip details only with the guide you book or are matched with, so they can reach you.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you said yes.
Every email has a way out: use the unsubscribe link, reply STOP, or email us.
Forms you are filling in are saved on your own phone or computer, so you do not lose your place. Clearing your browser data removes them.
